Security Measures

Security is a critical issue, so we have to address it specifically. Often this is seen as just the potential theft of items or monies from office or home. However we see security falling into three specific areas:

• Theft
• Confidentiality
• Building Security

We are extremely careful when selecting our employees and therfore the people who will be entering your premises. All our employees sign a confidentiality agreement, expressly forbidding them from discussing anything they may see or hear while in your premises with anybody, even us their employer.

Often we are asked to hold keys and or door codes to the premises that we are responsible for cleaning. Our operatives will never keep an address attached to a key, and we encourage our staff to memorise codes, rather than write them down, for any keypad operated door entry systems they may be required to use.

If we are the last to leave your premises we will leave all doors secured as you would yourself. Some times this may require you to familiarise our staff with additional mechanisms and proceedures.
