Quality of Service

A little humor here but seriously

We at Busy Bee's believe a great service is one that continues to exceed your expectations and therefore that is our goal. In order to achieve this we need to regularly monitor the quality of our service.

We do this in the following ways:

  • We can provide a "Communication Book", in which you can place any day to day additional instructions and or issues which our staff will review before starting work each visit.
  • We will make follow up calls to you from our office to ensure you are happy with the service you are recieving from us.
  • Regular inspections are made to ensure cleaning meets our standards.

Our systems are designed to ensure ongoing quality and to identify issues before they become problems.
